The Internet Data Network and the Gift Card Auction reserve the right to change these Ts & Cs from time to time at its discretion.

The Gift Cards and eGift Cards used on this site are issued by the respective companies & organizations that issued these gift cards. Their Terms & Conditions apply to the use of these gift cards.

eGift Cards are electrically delivered gift cards and act in the same manner as the standard physical Gift Cards. For the purposes of this document the terms Gift Cards and eGift Cards have the same meaning.

Gift Cards

The Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise and services at the company that issued these cards.

Redemption

Refer to the issuing companies Terms and Conditions of redemption.

View Your Balance

To view your Gift Card balance, follow the instructions on the Gift Card or on the issuing companies website.

Returns

You may not return or cancel your Gift Card.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, follow the issuing companies Terms and Conditions regarding lost or stolen Gift Cards

Limitations

Refer to the issuing companies Terms and Conditions of limitations.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. If you need assistance with any aspect of your gift card, ownership, or use of your Gift Card, please contact the issuing company.

Delivery Information

If you have not received a gift card that you won from an auction within a reasonable period of time the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

• Incorrect physical address
• Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
• Recipient's firewall blocked the email
• Email inbox is over size limit
• Invalid email address

If a spam filter is blocking emails from the Gift Card Auction gca247.com getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that emails are not considered spam. If you need further assistance, contact support@idnetwrk.net.

Limitation of Liability

THE GIFT CARD AUCTION / INTERNET DATA NETWORK AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

Bidding Reward Points^™

Bidding Reward Points must be used to bid on the auctions on the Gift Card Auction website – gca247.com. Currency may not be used when bidding on the Gift Card Auctions.

Bidding Reward Points do not have any cash value.

All bids are final. Once you confirm a bid it cannot be changed.

If you bid on an auction and do not win the auction your Bidding Reward Points^™ will automatically be returned to your account.

Transfer

If you transfer Bidding Reward Points, to another person, the transfer is final. Once you confirm a transfer it cannot be changed and will not be refunded.
